Honkaku Rice Shochu
Hyaku
Specially crafted to accompany Sushi, Hyaku offers a smooth texture and sweetness, hinting at the finest rice used in its production. Its gentle Ginjo-Sake aroma is characteristic of alcoholic beverages distilled from rice. Its rich taste and crisp finish, unique to distilled spirits, complement and enhance the flavor of Sushi.
Hyaku’s exceptional flavor comes from its use of Kumamoto Prefecture’s “Morino Kumasan” table rice, rated the country’s best tasting, paired with subterranean groundwater drawn from the riverbed of the Kuma River.
Its 23% alcohol content brings out flavor, especially in Sushi, but also in many other dishes.
